John Davidson is the Founder and Business Manager of Eastview Business Development with extensive experience in Leadership, Planning and Execution, Learning and Development, and Sales.
John is also a faculty member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) Business School, and delivers the subjects of Strategic Management, Decision-Making & Analysis, and Leading & Managing People in the Business Schools MBA Program at their Sydney Campus.
Prior to Eastview John enjoyed a successful career with Kraft Foods Australia as National Training and Development Manager involving strategic planning and projects, developing and executing national training programs, and Kraft's national incentive program. John's career began in retail then moved into corporate sales, account management and national customer management, before progressing into various leadership roles and senior management.
John's earlier career experience with ICI, SPC, BOC and the Coles Group provide him with extensive experience in the FMCG, Retail, Foodservice, Hospitality, Pharmaceutical, and Industrial markets.
Having delivered over 400 development sessions, John's knowledge and practical experience, open and interactive communication, and the ability to clearly explain details and steps, enable him to deliver robust development solutions that can be quickly applied to address the performance requirements of leaders and organisations.
